A visceral autobiographical film chronicling the life of African environmentalist, writer and peaceful protest leader Kenule Beeson “Ken” Saro-Wiwa. Set in 80’s post-colonial Nigeria, it follows Ken’s journey from successful Television producer to advocate for the rights of his native Ogoni people facing exploitation by their own government and profit hungry oil companies laying waste to his homeland.
